Payment Information
Payment Specifics
Full payment is required for registration. In the event that we cannot place you in a class of your choice your money will be refunded 100%.
For Those who pay Monthly
For your convenience, we do accept tuition payments on a monthly basis. If you opt to pay monthly, payments mustbe set up as an automatic charge to your credit card or as an automatic bank draft. This option avoids potential late charges. See front office for details.
For Those who pay by Session
Tuition for the next session is due on your child's last class of the current session.
Late Fee Calculation
One make-up per month is standard policy. Make-ups are based on class availability. Please contact the front desk to schedule a make-up class. Refunds will not be issued for missed classes.
Late Fee Calculation
For those who pay by session, any payments made after your child's first scheduled class of the new session are subject to a $10.00 late fee.* If payment is not received within 5 business days of your child's first scheduled class of the new session, your spot in class will be forfeited to the first student on the waiting list. *(Please note that late fees are not charged until payment is 7 days of past due)
For all payment schedule types Saturdays are considered business days - Sundays are not. Payments will be accepted until 1pm on Saturdays.
Annual Family Registration Fee
Please note there is a yearly registration fee of $35 per family.
New Students
