Adult Fitness: High Intensity Strength Training (HIST)
Our adult classes are designed to torch calories and build real-world strength. Expect a mix of:
- Total body workouts
- Weight training & Bodyweight movements
- Cardio & Cross-training
- Endurance challenges
Every workout is scalable. Whether you are an elite athlete or just getting back into fitness, modifications are available to meet your capability level.
Adult Membership Options:
- Unlimited Classes: $75 / 4 weeks (Best Value!)
- 3x Per Week: $67.50 / 4 weeks
- 2x Per Week: $62.50 / 4 weeks
Class Schedule:
- Mon/Wed/Fri: 5:00 AM, 9:30 AM, 5:30 PM
- Tue/Thu: 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM, 9:30 AM
Kids Fitness (Ages 6-12)
Get the kids moving with fun, energetic fitness classes designed just for them!
- Drop-in: $15 per class
- Monthly: $50 every 4 weeks
